The Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the bank's network infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across all branches and systems. Network Infrastructure Management:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortigate firewalls, Cisco routers, and switches for security and performance. Ensure network availability, redundancy, and scalability across all locations. Implement and monitor network security protocols and firewall rules. Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and inventory. Use network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues. Assist with audits, compliance checks, and regulatory documentation. Systems Administration:

Manage the bank's Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and permissions. Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Teams. Support VMware virtual environments and associated resources. Oversee SANs for data integrity, backups, and disaster recovery. Help Desk and End-User Support:

Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Handle Tier 1 support calls during staffing shortages. Collaborate with help desk staff to resolve escalated tickets and improve support processes. Assist in training staff on best practices and new technologies. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry. Hands-on expertise with FortiGate firewalls, Cisco networking equipment, and Office 365 administration. Experience managing VMware environments and SANs. Willingness to pursue certifications such as CCNA, NSE, Microsoft 365 Certified, VCP, or Security+. Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt. Strong communication skills and customer focus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel to branch locations and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Ability to occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
