Position Summary:

The Project Manager for Curriculum & Instruction (C&I) plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution of complex, high-impact workstreams central to advancing academic initiatives across the District. This individual will lead the coordination of projects including, but not limited to, hiring, professional development coordination & tracking, and maintenance of departmental knowledge base.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build and manage systems that support collaboration across departments. This position requires a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and who is passionate about improving student learning experiences.

Miniumum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree required Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years in project coordination and management, including utilizing project management tools, and stakeholder engagement. Proven ability to proactively participate in organization-wide planning, coordinate across departments, and facilitate collaborative projects and activities. Demonstrated experience in leading the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, including documentation, and communication. Strong background in facilitating meetings (including logistics and event coordination) collaborating with leadership, and acting as a liaison between various teams, requiring excellent communication skills. Prior K-12 experience preferred Familiarity with Office 365 platform Essential Functions:

Project Coordination and Management

Manage the quarterly curriculum guide (CG) review cycle, including scheduling, submission tracking, template alignment, formatting, and uploading content to the Hub. Lead the quarterly process for submitting, reviewing, and publishing professional development materials. Maintain a PD tracker, review workbooks for alignment, and build Hub pages to promote offerings. Serve as a liaison between C&I teams and internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects. Maintain strong documentation practices, including version control, file organization, and strategy documents. Support the organization and execution of professional learning for school-based roles. Knowledge Management & Communication Platforms

Coordinate updates to Curriculum & Instruction internal/external webpages including quarterly content reviews, and collaboration with content teams. Support the maintenance of Microsoft Teams, including membership, resource organization, and dashboard management. Operations & Administrative Support

Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures for C&I project cycles. Generate regular progress reports and visualizations to share project updates with leadership. Assist in managing meetings and deliverables for the Senior Executive Director, helping coordinate cross-functional workflows. Leadership Support

Manage meetings and schedules for division-level leadership, coordinating with other departments as needed. Support the District's goal setting and progress-monitoring process (OKRs), ensuring regular, timely reporting of key results across teams in alignment with the District's strategic plan priorities, and tracking progress. Organize and conduct regular business process review meetings and rhythm-of-business documents, incorporating feedback and implementing changes as needed. Act as a liaison between leadership and other team members, ensuring smooth communication, and facilitating decision-making processes. Provide administrative support for leadership activities, including preparation of events, documents, reports, and managing sensitive information. Support leaders in the hiring process for team members in the office of academics.
