Position Overview:

The Benefits Coordinator will play a key role in administering our employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service to our team members. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven professional with strong technical skills and a passion for people.

Key Responsibilities: Approve benefit enrollments and process qualifying life events Verify and document qualifying life events Administer workers compensation reporting Manage leave administration and ADA accommodation requests Coordinate vendor relationships, including invoice and billing processing Maintain accurate benefit records and reports Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to ensure seamless benefits administration Utilize

Excel (advanced)

and

ADP Workforce Now (WFN)

daily to manage data and processes Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of benefits experience Proficiency in

Excel (advanced)

and

ADP Workforce Now (WFN)

Required Strong organizational and detail-management skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity and servant leadership Pay Details:

$24.00 to $26.00 per hour
