In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, legal, sales, and government stakeholders—to deliver intuitive, compliant, and high-performing digital filing solutions for court systems. Your work will directly impact access to justice by modernizing how legal documents are submitted, tracked, and processed.

Product Ownership: Define and own the product roadmap for the eFiling platform, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities. Act as a subject matter expert in the relevant product domains and markets from a feature and functionality perspective. Product Enhancement: Coordinate and prioritize the products needs and features between all Internal i3 Vertical teams and external parties (customers, vendor/partners, industry leaders) to support the design and development of the product. Product Pricing: Collaborate with appropriate parties to determine cost, price models, and profit models for repeatable success. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with court administrators, sales IT and Implementation teams to gather requirements, validate needs, and ensure alignment with judicial standards. Agile Development: Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives in partnership with engineering team. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the eFiling solution complies with state and federal court rules, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and data privacy laws. User Experience: Champion intuitive design and user workflows for attorneys, self-represented litigants, and court clerks. Go-to-Market Support: Partner with marketing, sales, customer success and external partners to support product growth, product launches, product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and training initiatives. Create user market research groups to ensure we are informed of market trends to build functionality that supports the demand. Data & Analytics: Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate product, operational, and legal risks throughout the product lifecycle. Customer Support: Review customer support tickets to determine trends and/or future features to improve overall customer experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

3+ years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS or enterprise software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Law, or related field or minimum of 5 years of related Product Management experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

Experience with government, legal tech, or court systems strongly preferred. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with legal document standards, APIs for court integration, and electronic filing service providers (EFSPs) is a plus.
