Responsibilities
Responsible for providing transactional financial and administrative support for the New Student and Family Program (NSFP) and Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL).
Provides fiscal support for both FSL & NSFP including entering requisitions, proxying purchasing cards, reviewing incoming invoices, and ensuring payment of all outstanding invoices. Assists the FSL & NSFP Business Manager in performing fiscal accounting for the Departments, including reconciling, and monitoring all FSL & NSFP budgets. Serves as P-Card Proxy and completes weekly and monthly purchasing card reconciliation processes. Serves as both FSL & NSFP Contract Manager. Provides support and processes all contracts for both departments. Processes internal requisitions and purchase orders. Creates invoices for FSL & NSFP auxiliary budgets. Maintains FSL scholarship processes for Foundation projects. Coordinates departmental human resource functions for both FSL & NSFP departments including hiring, personnel actions, terminations, and transfers. Ensures all hiring documents are complete and accurate. Responsible for reviewing and verifying active appointment reports, submitting cases to HR as needed to correct inaccuracies, monitors time and leave for approvals, and payroll cost center reports. Serves as a FACET Rep. Oversees general office operations for NSFP. Coordinates maintenance and repairs of space and equipment. Manages office supply inventory and orders supplies as needed. Serves as the departmental Property Custodian and Key Manager. Provides front desk coverage as needed. Provides recommendations on office operational needs to include equipment, workflow, staffing, and materials. Assists NSFP and FSL leadership with special projects as assigned. Serves as the Travel Representative for both FSL & NSFP Departments. Serves as travel delegate for Concur in preparing travel requests, expense reports, and may assist with travel arrangements.
Qualifications
High school diploma/equivalency and four years of experience. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)

Anticipated Salary Range
The anticipated starting salary for this position is in the mid to high $30,000, commensurate with experience and education.
