Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic and compassionate Recruiter to join their client's team in Minnesota. This on-site role is integral in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nonprofit culture, a passion for social impact, and a talent for identifying individuals who align with the organization's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires. Represent the organization at job fairs and community events. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Passion for the nonprofit sector and alignment with the organization's mission. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring. Required Work Hours

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $65,000 per year
