The Clinical Supervisor builds the capacity of their supervisees to provide high quality services and manage the operational and professional demands of their individual roles. The Clinical Supervisor will be overseeing both San Francisco Wraparound and TAY FSP. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with other program leaders to develop and maintain program systems that contribute to the delivery of high quality, accessible, and responsive services to clients. ABOUT THE PROGRAMS The Wraparound Programs work in close partnership with Department of Social Services, Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health, and group homes. Wraparound provides strengths-based and outcome-oriented alternatives to group care placements for youth ages 6 - 21 by drawing upon community and family strengths. The Wraparound team builds consensus and leverages the strengths of its members to identify and meet needs that require intervention to support the child/youth and family in reaching their long-term goals. San Francisco TAY FSP

program serves youth aged 16 to 25 and who live in San Francisco. Our program provides therapy, case management, individual rehabilitation, and medication management. The program staffing consists of therapists, case managers, and peer specialists. The program is part of San Francisco Countys Adult System of Care. Our clients are impacted by housing instability, drug use, sever mental health issues, economic stress, and other complex stressors. They are often in acute crisis. The TAY FSP team works with other providers to bring quality services to our clients. : Work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to support the overall quality and operations of the program. Provides supervision, training, professional development, and oversight of clinical, direct care and/or administrative support staff, as assigned, to ensure high quality service delivery to clients that is grounded in Senecas values, guided by the principles of Unconditional Care, and in adherence to relevant governing standards. Manages staff to complete operational, compliance, and billing requirements of their role. Back up Administrator on Call for our Rapid Response Program. Perform personnel functions for assigned staff, including overseeing hiring, evaluation, and termination. Provide consultation and training to program staff, caregivers, partners and other providers, as assigned, in areas such as clinical treatment, client service planning, crisis management, safety assessment, etc. Provide leadership to the program staff team, cultivating a program culture that supports safety, engagement, collaboration, and ongoing learning. Utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques as per Seneca's Equilibrium model training. This may include intervening with the clients' behavioral program through physical management of the clients, if applicable. Training in additional crisis intervention modalities such as CPI may be required. Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling 2 years post clinical licensure: California LCSW, MFT, PhD. Prior experience working with children/youth and families with intensive mental health needs. At least 21 years of age. TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies insurance policy. Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30pm Hybrid (sometimes remote, sometimes onsite) On-call responsibilities Staring at

$102,642-$116,642

per year.

Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam. Actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications. Salary increases each year. $2000 sign-on bonus!
