Functional Consultant

with a client in
Austin, TX.
This role involves defining and executing performance benchmarks, analyzing system bottlenecks using tools like LoadRunner and JMeter, and collaborating across teams to optimize scalability and reliability.
Rate Range:
$53/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Functional Consultant job responsibilities include:
Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective functional solutions aligned with client needs. Configure and customize enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) based on functional specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between functional and technical components. Conduct user training and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solution readiness and user adoption. Document functional specifications, workflows, and process improvements for ongoing reference and compliance. Provide post-implementation support and continuously optimize system performance based on user feedback. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in functional consulting and enterprise application implementation. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and performance testing of SAP applications. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and experience with SAP BTP components and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Pay Details:
$53.00 to $56.00 per hour
