As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, youll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure business requirements are translated into effective ServiceNow solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency and success of our organization.
What Youll Do
Collaborate with users and developers to design and implement ServiceNow solutions
Identify and drive process improvements
Ensure clear documentation of business needs
Test new solutions and support smooth integration into daily operations
Provide training and support to end-users
Ideal Candidate
Bachelors degree and 5+ years in IT
2+ years with agile teams
Experience writing user stories and working with ServiceNow
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of ITIL, Microsoft Office, and tools like xMatters, Dynatrace, and Splunk
