Responsibilities:
The
HR Generalist
will be responsible for:
Acting as a point of contact for HR inquiries and issues Supporting employees in HR-related areas such as compensation and benefits Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conducting background checks and eligibility verifications Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
5+ years of human resources experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field SHRM-CP certification is a plus Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
5+ years of experience in human resources Bachelor's degree in a related field SHRM-CP certification Experience with ADP Workforce Now Strong public speaking skills
