About the Opportunity:

Monday to Friday (Fridays = work from home) Hours:
8am to 4:30pm Responsibilities: Acting as a point of contact for HR inquiries and issues Supporting employees in HR-related areas such as compensation and benefits Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conducting background checks and eligibility verifications Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of Human Resources experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of Employment-related laws and regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Desired Skills: SHRM-CP certification Experience with ADP Workforce Now
