Essential Function Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in all outlined areas and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. Primary Duties Supervise and support associates to deliver exceptional client experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty, emphasizing both in-store selling and Omni-channel strategies. Ensure all brand standards are met, including merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, and dress code. Act as the main contact for customer issues and analyze store trends to anticipate customer demands. Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve positive results. Recruit and build a strong network of candidates, identify strengths and opportunities for associates, and address them through coaching or counseling. Maintain positive relations, resolve concerns, and foster an inclusive environment. Ensure execution of all company processes through training, management, analysis, and continuous improvement. Support digital strategies such as Omni-channel fulfillment. Manage inventory, payroll, and store opening/closing procedures, and follow company directives and projects. Maintain a safe store environment, protect assets, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to safety, inventory, and cash control. Utilize available reporting, tools, and technology effectively. Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Preferred: 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience Preferred: 1+ year management experience Ability to lead and support a team to meet objectives Effective communication skills Flexible scheduling availability Cosmetology license is desirable but not required Competencies Passionate Learner Flexible and Adaptable Talent Builder Effective Communicator Team Builder Customer-Focused Results-Driven Strategic Thinker Big Picture Perspective Problem Solver and Decision Maker Working Conditions Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
