providing strategic leadership for the Engineering Division, managing programs and functions, overseeing financial operations including budgeting and legislative engagement, personnel management, and serving as an advisor to the Chairperson and Board of Land and Natural Resources. Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a valid Hawaii Professional Engineer license, meet educational requirements (such as graduation from an accredited engineering college or equivalent experience), and have at least four years of professional engineering experience, including two years in supervisory or advisory roles, and one year in program management including budgeting and policy development.
