Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs. Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory. Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by adhering to policies and procedures. Maintain the store's appearance to ensure it looks its best. Qualifications To Be a Store Manager
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate staff and customers. Must be 18 or older. Passion for hair and beauty.
