We're looking for a detail and process orientated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in a hybrid schedule (Washington IN) capacity. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for performing quality audits and analysis, testing of expected outcomes, evaluating audit processes, and developing and maintaining applicable process documentation.Principal Roles and Responsibilities:Plan and execute audits to ensure processes are performing as expectedIdentify root cause of issues, and recommend corrective actionDesign and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify system functionally and process performanceReview existing business processes along with audit processes, recommend enhancements, and develop new audits to measure successCollaborate with stakeholders in project meetings to define quality standards, share findings, and drive improvementsKeep audit records, process documents, and work instructions up to date and accurateTrain team members on quality standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement Requirements College preferred but not required. High School or equivalent required2+ years of experience in dedicated Quality Assurance or Quality Control roleStrong analytical and data skills with attention for detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-changing environment Solid documentation and organizational skills Preferred Experience:QA/QC experience in a TPA, PBM, or claims adjudication environment Experience with CRM
