Join a Local Leader in Heating & Air Conditioning We’re a well-established, locally owned HVAC company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented

Office Administrator

to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy organization, problem-solving, and working with a supportive team, this is the role for you! What You’ll Do: Enter purchase orders and assist with vendor payables

Answer customer and vendor calls with professionalism

Register HVAC equipment and update internal records

Handle invoicing and maintain customer account information

Provide administrative support across multiple departments

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What You Bring: Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Excellent organization and attention to detail

HVAC experience a plus (but not required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits: $18/hr starting pay
