We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Associate to support a growing HR team by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. The Human Resources Associate will provide support in the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR data analysis to improve workforce planning and decision-making. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate the employee onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, new hire paperwork, and orientation materials. Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Collect, analyze, and report HR data related to workforce metrics, turnover, diversity, and engagement. Partner with HR leadership to identify trends and provide insights for improving recruitment, retention, and employee experience. Assist with compliance reporting and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Bilingual - English & Portuguese 2+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to onboarding and data analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented and highly organized Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Strong customer service orientation Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
