We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a fast-paced, collaborative HR Team Great opportunity to join a fast paced and growing organization, where you will play a key role in attracting top talent and delivering a seamless, people-focused onboarding experience.
Your Role:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across all departments Partner closely with department heads to define hiring needs and execute sourcing strategies Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks Manage the offer process, pre-employment compliance, and onboarding logistics Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to first day Design and facilitate a structured onboarding journey tailored to team culture and role requirements Maintain recruitment data, metrics, and process documentation Collaborate with HR colleagues to support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition and onboarding, preferably in an in-house HR function Bachelors Degree in HR or similar field. fully Bilingual Portuguese & English Demonstrated success in managing local hiring processes end-to-end Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across teams Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple requisitions and timelines Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and new-hire experience
