Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, resourceful professional with a strong understanding of HR processes and CA employment laws. This position will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy compliance.

Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Administer benefits, leave requests, and payroll changes.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Assist with performance management processes and training initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications: 3+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
