We are partnered with a leading manufacturer of consumer-packaged goods, known for its commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. With a broad production footprint and a culture of continuous improvement, this organization is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety efforts at a key manufacturing site.

The EHS Manager will serve as a strategic partner to site leadership, driving consistent execution of safety programs and environmental compliance. This role will oversee all aspects of EHS systems, permitting, audits, training, and risk mitigation, while supporting broader corporate initiatives and performance goals.

The EHS Manager will be responsible for: Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the site's Safety Management System. Partnering with corporate EHS leadership to align site practices with company-wide standards. Providing technical guidance to managers on regulatory compliance and industry best practices. Coordinating the site's Environmental Management System (EMS) and environmental permitting activities. Reviewing environmental aspects and developing appropriate control measures. Reporting environmental performance metrics and supporting annual permit submissions. Supporting risk assessment programs, incident investigations, and PPE compliance. Overseeing onboarding and ongoing EHS training for all employees. Managing waste streams and "zero to landfill" initiatives, including vendor coordination and documentation. Maintaining HS&E KPIs, including accident statistics, audit results, and environmental data.

The EHS Manager will have the following qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; bottling or food & beverage preferred. Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and relevant environmental regulations.
