The HR Admin is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures efficient execution of HR processes including recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, benefits administration, and compliance with U.S. labor laws. The HR Admin also assists in day-to-day office administration to maintain smooth organizational operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Post job advertisements and screen resumes. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding schedules. 2. Employee Records & HR Documentation Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital - UKG). Ensure all HR-related documents (contracts, memos, clearances) are properly filed. Update HR databases and systems with new hire, resignation, and movement information. 3. HR Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Prepare reports for government agencies and internal management. 4. Office Administration Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory. Support general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence. Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities. 5.Employee Relations Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving workplace issues in a timely and confidential manner. Support initiatives to foster positive employee engagement and morale. Assist with disciplinary processes, documentation, and follow-up.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative work. Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and employment regulations. Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS tools such as UKG. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
