Daily Safety & Loss Prevention Operations Ensure on-site EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) and Loss Prevention operations align with U.S. legal requirements (e.g., OSHA standards) and Cainiao Group’s global policies. Risk Identification & Control Conduct facility-wide hazard identification (e.g., warehouse machinery, fire risks) and loss prevention risk assessments, implementing tiered controls to prioritize critical risks. Lead regular safety inspections, develop corrective action plans, and track improvements to eliminate hazards and prevent incidents. Training & Safety Culture Organize EHS and Loss Prevention trainings for employees/contractors, including emergency response drills and theft prevention protocols. Maintain training records and foster a "Safety First" culture through engagement initiatives. Incident Management & Compliance Lead investigations into safety/loss incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement closed-loop corrective actions. Manage governmental safety inspections (e.g., OSHA audits), address findings, and ensure timely remediation. Security Team Supervision Oversee on-site security personnel, including performance evaluations, shift scheduling, and compliance with Cainiao’s security SOPs. Group Policy Implementation Execute Cainiao Headquarters’ EHS and Loss Prevention initiatives, ensuring local practices align with global standards. Qualifications Professional Experience 5+ years of on-site EHS & Loss Prevention experience in U.S. logistics, e-commerce, or retail sectors. Prior experience independently managing warehouse/distribution center safety operations is preferred. Regulatory Expertise In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulations (OSHA, NFPA, etc.) and loss prevention best practices. Skills & Tools Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EHS management software, and incident reporting systems. Language Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
