The successful candidate will serve as the strategic and operational human resources leader for a large manufacturing facility, playing a pivotal role in shaping the site's strategies and functions. This is a highly visible, high-impact position where a successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Functions as a member of the senior management team, setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses
  • Collaborates with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results
  • Participates in the development and implementation of financial budgets
  • Implements an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level
  • Guarantees working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies
  • Manages industrial relations with local employee representatives
