Overview : The Commercial Lines Account Manager supports commercial clients by providing exceptional service and managing their accounts. This role involves managing a book of commercial insurance business, providing exceptional customer service, handling policy changes and renewals, and collaborating with producers and carriers to ensure clients receive the best coverage options.

Overview Primary Job Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Overview Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Respond promptly to client requests, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions. Manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency. Submit and negotiate new and renewal business with carriers to secure optimal terms and pricing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files with thorough documentation. Collaborate with producers on account strategy and client communication. Ensure all tasks and communications are completed in a timely, professional manner.

Requirements: Must have 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management Strong Knowledge of commercial Lines products, underwriting practices. Licences in the State of Kansas
