Key responsibilities include: Manage a book of select to mid-market commercial accounts across diverse industries Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients regarding coverage, billing, certificates, endorsements, and renewals Process policy changes, quote new business, and market accounts to carriers Prepare proposals and renewal presentations Maintain accurate client and policy data in the agency management system Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, underwriters, and team members Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions Support Producers with client service, retention, and upselling opportunities Ensure compliance with agency and carrier guidelines

Qualifications: Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required) Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an agency setting Familiarity with various industry risk profiles and insurance needs Strong understanding of commercial lines (e.g. GL, WC, commercial packages, BOPs, EPLI, professional lines, etc.) Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g. AMS360, Applied Epic) Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude Bilingual (English/Portuguese) is a plus Experience working with multiple carriers and markets
