What You’ll Do: Lead
full-cycle recruiting
for direct hire accounting & finance searches Source and engage
passive candidates
across LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and beyond Share market insights on compensation, labor trends, and candidate motivators Write clear candidate summaries and position briefs Work closely with our founder and team on strategy, pipeline, and priorities
What You Bring: 3+ years
of experience in direct hire recruiting (agency preferred) Strong understanding of
accounting & finance roles Proven ability to
manage multiple searches
with minimal oversight Excellent sourcing, relationship management, and follow-through skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA or prior public accounting experience is a plus
