What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for direct hire accounting & finance searches
- Source and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and beyond
- Share market insights on compensation, labor trends, and candidate motivators
- Write clear candidate summaries and position briefs
- Work closely with our founder and team on strategy, pipeline, and priorities
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in direct hire recruiting (agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting & finance roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches with minimal oversight
- Excellent sourcing, relationship management, and follow-through skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA or prior public accounting experience is a plus
