What You’ll Do Perform
field service
including repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of imaging/diagnostic systems Lead
equipment installations
and provide customer training when required Use calibration tools and software to ensure proper equipment functionality Maintain
inventory, tools, and service documentation
with attention to detail Collaborate with service teams to support
invoicing, sales lead generation, and contract conversions Ensure compliance with
safety protocols , especially in sensitive medical environments Travel extensively (up to 75%) within the assigned region
What We’re Looking For Associate’s Degree in
Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related
(or military equivalent training) 2+ years of
field service or biomedical engineering
experience Strong knowledge of
electronics, electromechanics, diagnostics, and PLCs Solid communication and customer-facing skills Valid
driver’s license
and ability to lift 50+ lbs Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and diagnostic software
Preferred Experience with
X-ray, MRI, or surgical navigation systems Knowledge of
PACS, DICOM , or hospital IT infrastructure Prior experience in a
high-travel , self-directed service role Resides within the
Twin Cities metro area
