Our client, a top-tier litigation firm, is hiring an Associate Attorney to join its Mass Tort & Class Action team. Responsibilities Conduct detailed legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other legal filings Handle discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and document production Prepare for and attend court hearings and client meetings Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and paralegals Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal team members Stay current on trends and developments in Mass Tort & Class Action law

Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the CA State Bar 2–5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in Mass Tort, Class Action, or Personal Injury Exceptional legal research and writing skills Organized, collaborative, and driven to deliver top-tier advocacy Proficient with Westlaw and case management software like Filevine (or similar)

The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000–$150,000, depending on experience and location. Final compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
