The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager IV is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of complex commercial relationships, with a focus on increasing share of wallet, cross-selling products, and generating new revenue opportunities. This role requires deep expertise in structuring commercial loans, especially for companies with revenues exceeding $30MM, and a strong track record in business development, asset-based lending, and risk management.
Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients, focusing on relationship growth and product penetration. Structure and manage commercial loans including ABL, participations, EX-IM, insured receivables, and owner-occupied real estate loans. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. Cross-sell banking products to maximize client relationships and deepen engagement. Maintain active client contact, including quarterly in-person meetings. Participate in networking events and calling programs to develop brand visibility and acquire new clients. Refer opportunities to internal business partners. Maintain current credit files and ensure compliance with regulatory and policy standards. Prepare and present credit packages to senior management and loan committees. Monitor client depository activity for BSA compliance and manage overdraft authorizations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial lending, managing complex lending relationships. Proven success in asset-based lending and trade finance. Demonstrated ability to develop and grow client relationships. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). Strong knowledge of banking regulations, cash flow analysis, and credit structuring.
