As a key member of our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team, you’ll support risk identification and mitigation strategies across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites and be a trusted advisor and change agent helping build a safer, smarter, and more compliant workplace.

What You’ll Do: Risk Identification and Mitigation:
Analyze and mitigate ergonomic, health, and operational risks across all sites while performing comprehensive risk analyses for current and future processes. Training Champion:
Develop and deliver impactful EHS training that empowers employees and builds a proactive safety culture. Incident Reduction:
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions that truly prevent recurrence. Data-Driven Decisions:
Analyze trends, prepare reports, and turn insights into action. Collaborative Impact:
Work closely with site leaders and cross-functional teams to roll out programs that stick. Continuous Improvement:
Keep us future-ready by integrating best practices and innovative EHS tools. Audit Support:
Lead audit preparedness and follow-through—ensure no stone is left unturned. Strategic Input:
Contribute to longer-term EHS goals, providing strategic input to the EHS USA Manager and in guiding management.
What We’re Looking For: A
Bachelor’s degree
in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5+ years of hands-on EHS experience
in an industrial or manufacturing setting. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, and related standards. Relevant technical certifications in Environmental, Health & Safety areas including Risk Identification across Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomic systems. Experience with wide range of Environmental, Health & Safety issues including those related to waste management, OSHA regulations, Risk Identification and Mitigation Processes. Strong root cause analysis skills and experience in risk identification/mitigation. Excellent communicator with the ability to lead without authority and influence at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to travel between sites (25–60%).
