About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven chef to contribute to an environment with a strong focus on excellence and leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to uphold culinary excellence and consistency Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization Collaborate with the ownership and front-of-house team to create memorable dining experiences Maintain vendor relationships and ensure the use of high-quality, seasonal ingredients Innovate and execute fine dining-level dishes that reflect the brand's identity Requirements: Must have fine dining experience
