Corporate Maintenance Planner
to lead maintenance strategy, drive preventive maintenance initiatives, and improve communication between maintenance and operations across multiple sites.

In this key role, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating cross-site maintenance efforts, implementing smart planning systems, and championing Total Preventive Maintenance across the organization.
What You’ll Do: Plan and implement preventive maintenance strategies for new and existing equipment across sites Create and standardize maintenance schedules that align with company goals Estimate labor, tools, and time for work orders; ensure smooth execution Lead coordination between maintenance and operations teams Minimize production downtime by strategically planning equipment downtime Train teams and manage updates in our CMMS system Consolidate spare parts inventory and track key maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.) Provide hands-on CMMS support and system administration Champion process improvements and support maintenance performance goals across locations
What You Bring: 5+ years of experience
in maintenance planning within a
high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong
communication skills
across all organizational levels Hands-on background in maintenance operations and
deep CMMS experience Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional efforts, and manage multiple tasks under pressure Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience Familiarity with FRACUS methodology (a plus, but not required) Project management background preferred
