Harford Community College is seeking a visionary and collaborative
Director of Nursing Education
to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our nursing program. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining national accreditation standards (ACEN), supporting faculty, and ensuring high-quality instruction that leads to successful student outcomes. The Director will oversee curriculum development and updates, clinical site coordination, adjunct faculty supervision, and student progression from admission through graduation. This position also collaborates closely with the
Director for Allied Health Professions
to ensure compliance with the
Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON)
across all nursing-related programs, including continuing education and nurse refresher courses.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Nursing At least
three years of college-level teaching experience At least
