Office Administrator/Office Manager

Job Overview As our Office Administrator/Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our office operations. You’ll manage day-to-day administrative functions, support leadership, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment. You’ll be expected to take ownership, anticipate needs, and streamline workflows across teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in all administrative processes Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility needs Support HR functions: onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and company events Handle internal communications and assist in scheduling meetings and appointments Maintain organizational systems including digital and physical filing Provide executive-level support to senior management as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety protocols, and legal requirements Manage office budget and report on expenses Foster a positive, inclusive office culture and serve as a point of contact for team needs Top Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (3+ years preferred) Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business tools Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude Experience with office budgeting, HR support, or project coordination a plus Positive, professional demeanor with a team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
