Position Summary As a Talent Acquisition Sales Recruiter at QXO, you’ll play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of sales functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver a streamlined, high-quality hiring process that ensures we attract and select top talent. In this role, you’ll own the recruitment process from intake to offer—developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring decisions. Your focus will be on building strong partnerships, delivering a consistent candidate experience, and ensuring efficient, effective hiring outcomes.

This role will be based out of our upcoming QXO Hub/Call Center where this person will work hybrid. The location is in the Coppell area.

Key Responsibilities Responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, source, and attract high-quality professionals across various corporate functions Conduct full life cycle recruiting: posting, sourcing, pre-screening resumes/applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, assisting in selection, providing offer recommendations, and creating/negotiating job offers Provide training, coaching, and general guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, offer recommendations, negotiating/creating job offers, closing, and administrative functions involved in full-cycle recruiting, including the use of ICIMS Be a trusted partner and advisor working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business objectives, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles Create and maintain a collaborative partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs, keeping an open dialogue and setting appropriate expectations Manage the candidate experience flawlessly from first touchpoint to offer extension and acceptance Foster long-term relationships with candidates and build a robust pipeline for future roles in core functional areas Maintain internal tools and databases with real-time updates to candidate and client activities Participate in weekly meetings with TA team, senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR Monitor costs related to the recruiting efforts, ensuring adherence to budget limits

Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced corporate, call center or agency environment Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success engaging passive talent Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize competing demands Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. ICIMS, Workday, etc) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment metrics Knowledge of structured interviewing techniques and recruiting compliance best practices Experience managing and direct sourcing a high-volume number of job requisitions simultaneously Executive presence and gravitas; the ability to influence Ability to problem-solve, work well independently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
