Office Administrator/Bookkeeper
to manage both administrative and accounting functions in a busy medical office. This hands-on role requires someone experienced in medical office operations, bookkeeping, and HR support, with the ability to work independently and handle a wide range of responsibilities without delegation. Key Responsibilities: Manage office systems, schedules, and patient interactions Support clinicians and leadership with admin tasks and tech issues (Mac environment) Handle billing, A/R, payables, and general ledger using QuickBooks Assist with HR tasks: staff credentialing, onboarding, benefits, and compliance Monitor collections, process payments, and maintain accurate records Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a medical office Proficiency in QuickBooks (PC version) and Mac systems Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills Experience in billing and HR processes (e.g., credentialing, insurance)
