Maintenance Manager
to lead a dynamic team of 40+ in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all building systems and maintenance operations.

What You’ll Do Lead and develop a team of 45 across Maintenance and Calibration, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee daily operations: attend morning changeover meetings, review work orders, troubleshoot issues, and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules. Ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems, robotics, and high-pressure/high-temperature equipment. Manage departmental budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships. Coordinate cross-functional maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support production goals. Supervise facilities planning, space allocation, and grounds maintenance. Evaluate employee and equipment performance, implement training programs, and develop team leaders. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Summarize and report monthly maintenance activities and KPIs.
Requirements: 5–8 years
of experience managing people in a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong background in
HVAC ,
electrical systems , and
engineering
(degree or equivalent experience preferred). Experience with
robotics ,
automation , and troubleshooting in high-temperature, high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems. Flexibility to work occasional nights or weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Experience managing external contractors and capital projects.
