Description: Siebel Administrator who should be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration and support of Oracle Siebel CRM applications. This role ensures system stability, performance and security while working closely with developers, database administrators, and infrastructure teams to manage Siebel IP 20+ architecture. Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM 20+ components, including Siebel Enterprise Server, Web Server, Gateway Server and Database Server Siebel Application Interface (SIA) Setup Siebel Management Console for configuration and administration. Configure multi-server environments and high availability. Support integration with third party systems (Middleware, Web services, REST/SOAP APIs). Automate administrative tasks using scripts (Shell, PowerShell or Python), Manage SSL/TLS configurations. Manage Siebel application deployments, upgrades, and patch installations. Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Perform user management, security configurations, and access control with Siebel CRM. Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel application, server, and database-relate issues. Configure Siebel workflows, components, and batch jobs. Support integration with other enterprise applications Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices. Work with developers to manager repository changes and releases (Migration from SMC) Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices. Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM 20.x architecture, components, and configuration. Proficiency in Oracle Database and SQL and Siebel-related tasks. Good knowledge and working experience in LINUX based server architecture. Siebel 17 and above, Knowledge in LINUX, Networking Oracle DB Experience with Siebel UI and modern UX configurations, Cloud-based Siebel deployments, Docker kubernetes, and containerization for Siebel. ITIL or Siebel certification is a plus.
