Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage recommendations for clients. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, Nexis, and similar platforms. Draft interrogatories and document demands. Review documents in preparation for litigation. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Essential Skills & Experience Admitted to practice law in Florida. At least 2 years of litigation experience. Strong academic credentials such as Law Review participation or Honors. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000, depending on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
