Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead and oversee the Mother Baby unit. This dynamic role involves mentoring clinical staff, ensuring the highest standards of care, and contributing to the growth and development of our unit.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Mother Baby unit, ensuring high-quality patient care. Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor unit performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance patient care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
in Nursing or a related field. Active Registered Nurse license
upon hire. National Provider BLS certification
from a recognized organization upon hire. Additional experience may be required depending on the area of specialty. Preferred Qualifications:
2 years
of clinical experience in the area of specialty. Master's degree in nursing
or a related field.
