Director Sourcing Medical Device Management

to join our team. Your role will focus on negotiating contracts primarily in medical device categories, with potential involvement in other areas. You should be an expert negotiator, capable of managing complex contracts, identifying cost savings, and mitigating risks independently. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing contract work plans and project timelines. Managing multiple projects efficiently without sacrificing quality. Leading negotiations and collaborating with clinical and executive stakeholders. Understanding and managing the entire sourcing process, including market research, bidding, RFPs, and contract execution. Representing HealthTrust at industry events and with suppliers. Working closely with legal, finance, and internal teams to ensure successful sourcing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare, Business, or Finance. 7+ years of relevant experience, especially in healthcare strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
