Job Summary and Qualifications We seek a seasoned negotiator to manage national agreements for medical devices, overseeing a portfolio with an annual spend of $200m-$350m. Responsibilities include contract negotiations, sourcing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing process management: market research, RFI/RFP, negotiations, and agreement launches.
Presenting strategies and award recommendations to stakeholders and advisory boards.
Developing and validating sourcing strategies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
Project management: planning, executing, and tracking contract negotiations.
Understanding supplier dynamics and category specifics.
Negotiating key contract terms and managing supplier relationships.
Financial analysis and modeling.
Facilitating communication and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
Building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
5+ years in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
Experience in healthcare supply chain preferred.
Ability to work under pressure, interpret complex proposals, and develop solutions.
