This is about bringing in business. We’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter or business development leader who: Responsibilities Has real client relationships in HR, Operations, Finance, or adjacent functions Knows how to earn trust and get the contract signed Can convert warm leads (and even lukewarm ones) into long-term partnerships Feels at home at a roundtable of CHROs and CEOs You’ll work side-by-side with Zach Nold, our founder and Chief Talent Officer, to grow existing accounts and activate a goldmine of warm, respected contacts built over 20 years.
