This is about bringing in business. We’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter or business development leader who: Responsibilities Has real client relationships in HR, Operations, Finance, or adjacent functions Knows how to earn trust and get the contract signed Can convert warm leads (and even lukewarm ones) into long-term partnerships Feels at home at a roundtable of CHROs and CEOs You’ll work side-by-side with Zach Nold, our founder and Chief Talent Officer, to grow existing accounts and activate a goldmine of warm, respected contacts built over 20 years. What You’ll Actually Do Resurrect and reconnect with warm leads, known HR executives, and trusted former clients Show up —in person, on video, on calls, at client sites—whatever it takes to earn the business Build client relationships that lead to retained or exclusive searches Help close high-stakes roles across HR functions nationwide Partner directly with Zach on key accounts, retained work, and growth strategy Qualifications A proven track record of success in agency search or consultative business development Ability to talk business first —not just features, fees, or buzzwords History of placing six-figure+ roles, and ideally, earning six-figure commissions A natural confidence with executives, and the follow-up habits to back it up Bonus if you’ve led or grown your own book of business before Required Skills You already have hundreds of professional connections in the Fortune 2000 You thrive in high-trust, low-politics environments You care about reputation, precision, and relationship over short-term wins You’ve been a President’s Club winner—or you’re ready to be one here You want to be part of something great, not just collect commission Preferred Skills Uncapped commission: Top producers earn like it Elite clients: Global CPGs, PE firms, insurance, manufacturing, and more Direct partnership with the founder: No red tape, no layers Warm lead base ready to go: Just needs your voice, your approach, your follow-up High trust culture: Autonomy, respect, and delivery Pay range and compensation package Up to 50% commission payout Forgivable draw available No cap, no politics—just results and reward To Apply Send a brief intro or your resume directly to Zach:
