United States (Remote or Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Mandarin & English) HR Manager who can build and lead our HR function in the United States. This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee benefits, and employee relations. You will play a critical role in bridging our Chinese and American teams, ensuring a smooth cultural and operational integration. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to U.S. labor laws and company needs. • Lead the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. • Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs, including 401(k), health insurance, and worker’s compensation. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor regulations. • Serve as the primary HR contact for U.S.-based employees, providing guidance on workplace issues, policies, and career development. • Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR strategy across regions. • Support cross-cultural communication and foster a strong, inclusive company culture. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR). •
At least 1 year of HR experience in the United States , preferably in a startup or high-growth company. • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken). • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, employee benefits, and HR compliance. • Hands-on experience with recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS systems. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred experiences worked in the SaaS industry Why Join Us? • Be part of a rapidly growing international SaaS company. • Opportunity to build HR processes from the ground up. • Work in a multicultural team with strong career development potential. • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
