$34.38 - $37.71/Hr Transmission Strategy:
Familiar with transmission/sub-transmission engineering, planning, maintenance, and policy. Project management experience to lead initiatives, including assigning, monitoring, and delivering milestones. Develop new methodologies and tools to perform scenario analysis and recommend ones that could enhance the client's in-house transmission and sub-transmission planning process capabilities. Follow regulatory forecasting and planning processes driving California's transition to carbon-free resources and electrification. Understand transmission development processes and recommend improvements. Collaborate with the client's organizations through hosting of working sessions. Brief senior leadership and executives. Required Skills/Attributes:
Bachelor's Degree. Transmission/Sub-transmission System Planning. Previous utility system planning experience. 10+ years of system planning experience. Ability to conduct system planning analysis leading to the identification of needs and mitigations. PSLF. Ability to distill technical information for executive-level presentations and updates.
