Job Description Java Psychiatry is a telehealth-based mental health clinic focused on medication management. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fully virtual setting. Our five dedicated providers meet with patients exclusively via telehealth, while our administrative team works in-office to ensure smooth operations and patient support.
Position Summary We are looking for a
full-time medical administrative Assistant
to join our in-office administrative team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and excels at phone communication. While most responsibilities are administrative and phone-based, occasional in-person clinical tasks (taking vitals) may be required. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage a
high volume of phone calls Provide lab requisition forms as requested by providers Confirm medication refill details with patients Support providers with
administrative and clerical tasks Assist patients with
scheduling appointments Take patient vitals as needed Serve as front desk/receptionist support What Were Looking For Certified Medical Assistant (MA)
preferred Strong verbal communication and organizational skills Proficiency using
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Prior experience in a
mental health or telehealth setting
is a plus Dependable, professional, and self-motivated Schedule In-office hours: MondayThursday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
