Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Boulder, CO. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring financial performance, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The General Manager will also coordinate with headquarters, optimize sales, and foster a positive work environment.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in wellness, healthcare, or retail is a plus
