Salary : $300k - $400k OTE

The Opportunity
Join a successful global SaaS business who are now beginning to expand into the US, hence the need for this role. They are growing 40%+ every year, extremely profitable, and are bootstrapped so equity will be highly valuable in anticipation of an IPO in 5 years.
The VP of Sales is an executive-level role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic leadership of new business sales and client retention initiatives. You will align marketing, sales, partnerships, and account management efforts to ensure market-leading customer acquisition and retention, and drive consistent YoY growth.
Responsibilities
- Define GTM strategy and models and set sales targets and goals.
- Develop forecasts and build budgets to track team performance
- Execute comprehensive sales strategy, provide visionary leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales targets
- Lead and develop sales teams & drive results-oriented culture
- Present training sessions where required
- Cultivate key client relationships, collaborate with client success team, and attend client meetings
- Attend conferences and deliver presentations when required
You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in direct sales at B2B SaaS companies
- Extensive experience building sales teams and running sales processes at B2B SaaS companies
- Happy to roll up your sleeves - must still be in the weeds vs overly strategic / high- level
- Clear history of internal promotions or scaling sales functions at a start- up
- Proficient with Salesforce and other general tech/AI tools
- Not a frequent job hopper
- Excellent communication skills and a passionate leader
